Hi all.
I have a crystal report that has 3 parameters:
1. Prior Period Range
2. Current Period Range
3. Department Number
What this report does is displays the amounts for each G/L account for those periods and for that specifc Department.
There are two group headers:
1. Department Name
2. Expense Break (i.e. wage, supply, travel etc)
Sales Department(Group Header 1)
Wage Expenses (Group Header 2)|
Prior Period:01/01/04-12/31/04 | Current Period:01/01/05-12/31/05
(Detail Section:)
G/L# - Wages $200.00 $0.00 | G/L# - Wages $0.00 $100.00
G/L# - Insurance $0.00 $50.00 | G/L# - Insurance $500.00 $0.00
So I would like for it to keep it at one line, and not create an additional line in the detail line when it is different. In other words:
Prior Period | Current Period
G/L# - Wages $200.00 | $100.00
G/L# - Insurance $500.00 | $50.00
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.u can make use of the formulas.|||I played with the headers and footers and made it work!|||I played with the headers and footers and made it work!
Can you show the method you used?
