here is the deal- i have a bunch of reports to which i need to add a generic
caching plan. i know how to do this through the report manager web
interface on a per-report-basis. my problem is that i am lazy and don't
want to click through every single report individually setting up the
caching plan. is there a way to do this across all reports in a directory?
please tell me there is...

As far as I know, aside from modifying the caching plan one report at
a time, there is no other way to change the caching plan. Sorry I
could not be of greater assistance.

You can perform operations on a report server through the use of the rs
utility (RS.exe).
In this way you can programmatically administer a report server using
Microsoft Visual Basic scripts.
I think this is only way to automate setting configuration for many reports.
