Hi,
We would like to track user activity on our reports, has anyone done
this before? Are there any best practicies available?
We are considering a couple of options but I thought I'll ask the
clever people as well :)
(If this is a duplicate post, please ignore, I'm battling with IE7...)If you are using SRS 2005 then you can download the SQL Server 2005 samples
off of the SQL Server Microsoft website.
After installing there is a folder with report samples, inside that another
one called "Server management Sample Reports"
There is a DB script and a new style DTS (integration Service) package, and
some reports. Which show execution of reports by whom, success, parameters
etc...

Thanks for the advice. After looking at the Samples you mentioned I
found the ExecutionLog table in the ReportServer database, which
contained all the information I was after.
Thanks
