Report Builder not launching

Hi,
I am trying to launch Report Builder from http://localhost/reports/ but
nothing seems to happen. I get this message box stating: " Launching
application. Verifying application requirements. This might take a few
moments..." . After that, there is total quiet. Please help!
Thanks,
ArshadIs .NET Framework 2.0 installed on the client? Could you check your server
logs to see if any errors are being generated?

'Add/Remove Programs' as Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. Is there anything else
I should check?
Thanks,

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{BA126AD1-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}
to the user CNU508GFZK\ASPNET SID
(S-1-5-21-299502267-1645522239-1801674531-1005). This security permission can
be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
