Report Builder Doesn't Work Anymore

Hello,
I had SQL Server 2005 up and running and all was good... then I screwed
something up.
I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and all looks to be good expect
when I click on the Report Builder button, nothing happens. No error
messages, no nothing.
I've tried making changes to roles and the configuration settings, but I
don't know what I did to really mess this up.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
